Si Reese Mitchell O. Dela Rosa ay nakapagtapos ng Batsilyer of Science in Psychology sa Ateneo De Manila University na may Digri ng Master of Arts in Psychology sa Unibersidad ng Pilipinas sa Diliman. Siya ay kasalukuyang counselor ng mental health at behavior sa Christ Commission Fellowship. Pinarangalan siya bilang magaling na counselor sa mental health at magaling umintindi sa galaw (behavior) ng mga kabataan. Siya ay may seminaryong dinaluhan patungkol sa pag-intindi sa behavior ng mga tao (mga posibleng factor). Ang kaniyang saliksik na naisulat ay pinamagatang, "A case study: Examining the Behavior of Children ages 4-8 years old who uses cellphones."
